Reminds me of a time '72 when a racer from somewhere up north came down to Slinger (it was still dirt then). Had 55 Chev and he could just about wipe his windshield from in front of the car. Wouldn't pass our local rules but they let him race anyway. I beat him so it didn't bother me much, just fun to see.

Will definitely keep my eyes on this one. I really like these "different" approaches to speed so many used "back then". Keep those updates coming.
David, was this done to facilitate extra engine set back? I know in our area they didn't have engine set back rules early on, and some of the cars from that era had a bunch of set back. There was a lot of complaining when the set back rule went into effect.

Another masterpiece waiting to be finished....
Looking forward to another great build. And even more anticipation because it is a 57 Chevy.
Looks like another beauty! Those bumpers/nerf bars always give me fits!
