Fast Freddie won his first important Nascar race in the spring of 1961 at Darlington by beating Curtis Turner after a spirited battle for the lead and win. As a result of this race the sign on Freddies dash saying "Think! W.H.M."? was put there by car owner Ralph Moody after he had a discussion with Lorenzen before the Rebel 300 how to race against Turner, but it seemed to take Fred a while before he followed Moody's advice and got by Turner for the win. I put the sign on my 1963 Fred Lorenzen Ford. I believe the sign stayed there for as long as Lorenzen raced for the organization.

Very nice Ford, Mark !
You put on every detail, even the wire for the trap door
to check the tread of the right front tire.
The #28 on the tunneau cover looks great.
Well done 8) 8)
