Never camera shy, LeeRoy always had an eye for the ladies.

When I was a kid, I thought every coupe was a 32 Ford (thanks to AMT !!)...
#39 Chevy at speed with the ever popular (in North Florida anyway) W head
Chevy truck engine. Red Moore would get these well used engines from a trucking company
in Jacksonville, do an overhall, then put them in these modifies.
(I have a model of that 1/2 Pint car that I will make the next post)

Added some plastic to the front of an AMT 34 Ford, then opened up the windows to give
it a 34 Chevy look.

Think we were always proud to see "JAX.,FLA." on the trunk of these cars.

Very nice little coupe. Really enjoy your builds of LeeRoy's rides, especially the earlier ones.
Another interesting and nicely done build. Great little info tidbit as well.
He had some pretty awesome rides.
Another one of Lee Roy's Jacksonville rides!
