A lot of cars used those aluminum bumpers from Vega's or Camaro's for their race cars. I am using one for a current Modified Build so I thought I would show the simple steps on how I make mine. I use .040 x .250 styrene, then .040 x .100 styrene.

Wow david, that's a great idea. You might just see one of these on my vega since I haven't glued the rear bumper on yet. Do you bend the ends or do you glue them and round them?

This is a very good tip. These bumpers were used on a lot of Fords, in the late model class, in our area.

I've thought about doing this but was too chicken to try it. Your approach looks pretty easy. I have a few resin ones but always seem to need more. Thanks for sharing.
