Thanks. And they are Powerslide decals. I took the silver decals from a Monte sheet because the Lumina set didn't have them and i was feeling lazy about painting them.

Looks pretty darn perfect to me. This is probably my favorite Pearson color scheme.
Just curious, why did you use the AMT body? I know the nose is upswept on the Polar Light's body, but that's a pretty easy fix.

I had to fix the floor on the model underneath so there would be a place to put the exhaust screen for the differential cooler. I also started on the cooler.

Looks Awesome, Michael. Too bad that diorama could not have come to fruition.

Many years ago there was a giant diorama planned of the starting grid of the 1970 Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte,NC.
The "Wingcarbuilder" started the building thread at Randy Ayers Nascar forum.
Some of the former Randy Ayers forum members will remember.
I pulled the card for the #17 Ford Talladega of the "silver fox".
Unfortunately Doug, the wingcarbuilder, passed away and the diorama was never realized.
So the Ford remaines in my shelf and here are some pics of it.
I used the AMT body with the Polar Lights chassis.
It´s not perfect to the last detail, but i hope you like it.
Thanks for looking!
