Thanks, Scott. I have to let the paint cure for 48 hours and then I can install the glass and the hood and trunk pins. Once that's done, I can decal it and future it and it will be done. Then I will post the results in the Nascar Showroom.

Thanks guys. I shot the clear yesterday and it turned out very well. I may not even polish it. It's even smoother than these pictures after sitting overnight. The pictures were taken right after I shot it, this time with the flow improver. I made a picture of the real car just for grins. Had to use my rusty trusty Photodeluxe program from the late ninety's. Somehow it still works.

DK: And the renegades, rebels, and rogues of the Fantasy Cup Series are ready to mix it up once again on the dirt in 2025. Hello again, I'm Dave Knight alongside Darrell Waltrip, welcome to Williams Grove Speedway in Pennsylvania for the Armor All 100.

DW: And another title these drivers are going for is "winner." Sheldon Hatterfield's been strong out of the gate and ol' Razorback put that Buick in victory lane last week but he's got his 2 teammates tied with him in the points chomping at the bits to pass the boss.

DK: And with that we go trackside.

Ladies and gentlemen, please rise and remove your hats for the playing of our national anthem.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVe1FxD3Lqo

And now, race fans, please welcome our Grand Marshal, 1996 Olympic gold medalist and WWE Hall of Famer, Kurt Angle!

KA: Drivers, start your engines!

Green Flag

DW: Boogity boogity boogity! Let's go racin', boys and girls!

DK: And Hilton with a great start over the boss. Something amiss on the 46. He's still going but that's gonna bring out a caution and we'll re-rack the field. Sealey's got the car moving.

DW: And he just told his crew he missed a shift and stacked it up behind him.

DK: And he'll restart at the tail of the field. As they come back around. Amy Hilton will be at the top.

Lap 3

DK: And we'll try it again, we're racing at Williams Grove Speedway!

DW: I don't think Hollywood got near as good of a start there. Dude Watson's gonna come up on her outside door.

DK: And Watson draws dead even with Hilton as they work the back stretch of this 0.512 mile oval. Hilton pitches her Buick to the inside in turn 3 and slides it up in front of the 00 of Watson. She'll have a 2 car length advantage as she comes out of turn 4 to retain the lead in the Armor All 100.

Lap 25

DW: I think the Dude's gonna get her this time! He's gonna put his own slide job on the donut machine! Watson to the lead!

Lap 69

DK: And we've got a spinner on the back stretch! Rattlecan Dan loops it around and comes to rest on the inside. He'll re-fire and enter pit road and we stay green.

DW: Dave, that right rear got out from under him. You can see now that tire is down.

DK: And crew chief Brother Mario calling for right side tires on that Thunderbird. He'll continue on but he'll lose a couple laps.

Lap 80

DK: And a big slide by the 0 of Hilton! She sails way outside and that'll open the door for Kim Johnson and Sheldon Hatterfield. Hilton settles back in front of David Johnson. That was almost a catastrophy.

DW: Looks like she's got some damage on that right side so that bumper clearly gave the wall a little kiss.

DK: Meanwhile up front Dude Watson continues his lead over Kim Johnson. Let's talk about her day.

DW: Dave, she's missed every spin and put on some nice moves coming from the very back at the start of this race. Heck of a run for that Chevy.

White Flag

DK: And we've got one to go here at Williams Grove Speedway. Watson with a huge lead over Kim Johnson. He's going to take it pretty easy through turns 1 and 2.

DW: Meanwhile, Steve Hutson just put Amy Hilton back to 6th. Heartbreaker for that team after leading early on.

DK: And as the leader sails it out of turn 4, he'll have no pressure from behind. Dude Watson wins the Armor All 100!

DK: And a dominant performance by the 00 Buick. Watson took the lead on lap 25 and never looked back.

DW: And the points leader Sheldon Hatterfield had a solid day bringing it home in 3rd.

DK: Indeed. And that's all we've got here in Williams Grove. For Darrell Waltrip, I'm Dave Knight. Next week we go to the madhouse! It's the Hayes Jewelers 150 at Bowman Gray Stadium! See you then!

I was finally able to finish up the bodywork on the #64 Red Roof Inns Monte Carlo.I think it's ready for paint. The chassis and the other parts of it(not shown)are painted Tamiya TS-8 Italian Red and cleared.I finished up the tires with Powerslide decals and used Tamiya smoke to tone the chrome wheels a bit.More updates soon🤞
