Here's a photo hosting site I've been using to post on the board. Works super easy on my cell phone if you don't mind a few pop up ads. I think I use medium bulletin board code. I don't have time to do a tutorial on it. Try it, play with it, or not. Much easier from my phone than flickr, but I've not tried it on a laptop.
