Looking forward to what you do with this one.  Here is a picture of mine

When I win the Powerball I will switch to the real ones.

:)  The Georgia and Alabama boys will have to fill us in on skeeters.  But, as best I know they were cut down ' 30 - '34 Fords ( mostly ) with wings, and ran that red clay dirt. Most of them had their trunks  chopped off.  Pretty much just super modifieds in their last days before the  late models got their start.

Very cool cars, actually.

Thanks gents!! Kool little hot rod there Rick! Like John said that's pretty much a Skeeter as far as I know. That and a car with bigger than normal horsepower like a modified would of had!

Rick, I love that modified with the big Pontiac in it. Out here they called them super modifieds if they had a wing, and injection, and just modifieds without the wing, and carberated. Out here they allowed them to leave the roof section open, and required full floating hubs on all four corners. Most of those big block motors came straight from the wreckers, and often were'nt rebuilt. Nice job.

Hey Doc, is that one of those old sprint engines you traded me out of?  If so, at least you are getting some good out of it!!!   Keep Cutt'n and Gloo'n cause I want to see what this one looks like finished up.
