as pictures were not taken until a couple of days or so ago....
Yeah...they are also from the '70's

1977 Trans Am (MPC)

Don't remember if the Trans Am gold stripe decals came in this kit. If they did, I did not want to hassle with them....Gold strip is actual trim tape that was popular(?) back in the '70's
Actually, thought this one had been tossed, during one of my moves......

1939 Chevy Panel (Monogram)

1971 Road Runner (MPC)

Paired with the '65 Fairlane Modified Stocker

Why did I pair these two up? Paint is from same rattle can, which meant these two were built nearly at the same time....

Monogram "Custom Vega Panel"

Stripe is hand painted, if you couldn't tell (LOL)
What can I say....it WAS the '70's,,,, ;D

Monogram's Tom Daniels Custom Corvette

Had a chance to sell this one, but was not ready to part with it. Had it displayed for a bit at a LHS in Albuquerque. IF that customer had come back in, I might has sold it,. But glad I didn't, as i doubt this one can ever be reissued......

David....

I wish I could come up with a good reply for you, but, I just don't know why I cannot sit down at my work table.....but I still do not have that answer...other than to say that urge just has not yet resurfaced enough to where I can get to the work table....
Did try and get things going when I was in Albuquerque, but when I did start building, the desire soon left....
The last time I started on builds was at the monthly model car club meetings....but when I got back home.....the desire was gone.....again....

wish they would reissue that Vette

sentsat71

Read somewhere recently that this Vette was updated to a "newer" more stock version at some point.....and now with Revell/Monogram being sold, doubt we'll see any of the "Oldies" again....
