Any tips for grooving dirt tires?

I'm glad that you reposted that.....its been a few years ago that I saw that as well, but couldn't remember all the details, particularly the two nuts clamping the tire to get it to balloon up part.
  Got some pictures of the N.E Kansas (U.S.A) Alan Barton....local dirt track stock car racer from the 80's - 90's...will get them posted  :)
