I had to make a little room recently and this one got slightly damaged in the process. Sooooo, seemed like a time for a re-tin! Added a couple of details and repainted.

Cool work Rett. Reminds me of Tom "the Bomb" Nesbitt and his old wagon looking latemodel! And nobody needs to laugh; Tommy Nesbitt won over 600 Features around the country in his career and is in the Dirt Track Hall of Fame for a reason!
I appreciate people that actually build and post models.

I'm familiar with Nesbitt, he could really fly! I just noticed I forgot to put the windshield back in! I'll fix that today! lol

Great Looking build!!!

Yes he could Rett. In fact, they outlawed that car the following year because the "roof" was actually one gigantic wing. Since you could not have a wing, Tommy found a hole in the rule book (at that time) and made a big roof! A lot of complaining drivers saw the back of that car for a season!!

DITTO ,first thing I thought of as well......really like what Rett did with the roof on this build w/ the Lexan side boards.
The only heroes in Washington are buried just outside of it in Arlington

My, my.  Crazy wild, Rett.   :)

I believe I saw Tom Nesbit race one time somewhere.

Lota tracks, lota cars and drivers back there.

Look to the Lord and His strength -  Seek His face always.
