  Spotted this ride at the Mitchell Co. fairgrounds , Beloit, Ks.
Antique body over a Chevelle chassis (current day vintage class)..looks to be of a former I.M.C.A stock car class car w/weight jacks on all 4 corners, Aluminum inner/outer tie rods among other other things.
