Scott Blomquist died

Just seen where Scott Blomquist died in an airplane crash this morning near his home. I believe it was a small private plane.

It's being reported that he crashed into a barn on his property while landing his experimental airplane. He and his father were big into flying and built a landing strip and hangers on their property.

RIP Scott Bloomquist, the GOAT of super late model dirt racing.

Edit, just read that it was a Piper J 3. Not sure how that qualifies as "experimental".
