New here. Thanks for the add. Just thought I'd share one of my favorite builds that I have done in the past couple of years. Started with the Revell ProModeler Charger Daytona kit and did a lot of work to it to closely resemble a Nascar car. I lowered the suspension, used PPP wheels and tires. I glued the kit interior floor to the chassis and then cut out the floorboards to reveal the top of the chassis and used that for my floorboards. I smoothed up the rear interior trim panels. I glued the kit interior side panels on the interior floor and cut out the door panels so as to have the correct height and mounting for the dashboard. I custom fabbed up a rollcage. I used Tamiya Italian Red and Tamiya Gold spray paints, Powerslide decals.

I remember this from the other forum. You've done a great job with this. The ride height, the look.... everything screams NASCAR racing!

Jason, glad to see you have joined in here for the fun. So glad you posted this build as well. This dare I say is one of your best builds. Everything looks top of the chart on this one. Paint, decals, attention to details, Stance, and most importantly cleanliness of build. Hard as I look, I cannot see any flaws anywhere. Thanks again for posting this amazing build.

That is a great job of such an eye-catching and colorful car. Really nice work.

Great work!!  The modifications you made to the model really make a huge difference.  The paint work is outstanding.  I have this one in the collection and am really intimidated by trying to get the clean separation lines that you did.
