This is a replica of the Emrich Chevrolet Yorkshire Garage number 1080 driven by Johnny Mackison Sr.
This is the last version of the 1080. The next car, later in 1962, was cut down and too small for number 1080 and was changed to car number 1. This car won 41 feature events in one year.

Decals for this build were provided by Greg Holland VSRN on this forum.
Greg now has the capability to print white. Both the numbers and Yorkshire Garage graphics are white water slid decals.
Greg, feel free to add any comments about your decal capabilities.

As everyone can easily see, Bob is one heck of a builder !

I've been excited about this project, since Bob first showed me the pictures of the original car.
This was even before I got my new white decal capabilities. We worked together to get the decals
as good as you see here.

It certainly has been an honor to work with Bob, on this and all of his other projects.
He's taking a day or two off, then hopefully, he'll be ready to start on the next one!

The car looks fantastic, a great build.
I going to have to get together with the decal guy.  I have a bunch of projects that need decals.
