Latest "on the bench" completion.....58 Ford driven by Fairgrounds Speedway driver Jimmy Griggs, owned by R.C. Alexander, Mike Alexander's father. Body is a resin, with Tamiya paint, PPP tires, Ron Coons wheels and decals by Greg Holland. Trailer is scratch built, the runners are photo etched deck plate from Hiroboy......thanks for looking

Excellent replica build and a very nice trailer.
Nice decal work by Greg.

I am glad to see someone build up a '58 Ford, and do such a beautiful, clean model of one! Love the detail work, right down to the racing harness hardware. I give it an 11.

Very Cool build ! ! ! !
Always have liked the looks of the '58 Ford and this one looks great in race car trim!!

I don't know where he got his, but I have bought them from Hobby Design, The Model Car Garage, Eduard, and Detail Master.

That is one super-looking tandem! I didn't know they made a '58 sedan (or did you add the pillar?)  A+++++ !

Thanks for the comments........the seat belts are Detail Master.....body was a resin with the hood & trunk molded in place, it was a hardtop, I slightly modified the "C" post & added the "B" post, also made the hood ornament which along with the bumpers are air brushed with Molotow chrome
