I started working on this one a couple of years ago. It's been kind of hanging around the work bench since then but I started working on it over the weekend. Its the Salvinos Jr Next Gen Camaro kit.The paint is Tamiya. The clear is Splash 2k.The decals are Powerslide including the tire decals. Except for a few add-ons,it will be built basically box stock. Hopefully more progress on it soon🤞

Great start, Cat. I was hoping you would try your hand at one of these. Well-engineered kit but the instructions leave a lot to be desired and you can get off on a tangent if you aren't careful. I've seen a lot of kits built wrong in the rear suspension area and the tires end up not being centered in the rear wheel openings correctly.

It's definitely a well engineered kit Mark. I started working on the body when I first bought the kit. Since then, I've seen quite a few people, including yourself build these next gen Camaro kits and I got a lot of good tips on building one. It's definitely a little intimidating.I'm looking forward to tackling the engine and chassis next.

I am starting to wrap up the Salvinos Jr Next Gen Camaro I painted about a year ago and started working back on a few months ago.Sorry I didn't take any in progress pics because there's been a lot going on in the past few months with other model builds, life, etc. These kits are definitely intimidating and finicky to put together! This one almost went back in the box😂 I'm hoping to wrap it up soon.

Looks awesome. Looking forward to the completed model photos. I agree with you on the intimidation factor on the building of these kits. Seems to me better instruction sheets would make these much easier to put together. I spent more time trying to decipher the instructions then actually putting the pieces together. I probably would have built more than just two.

Thanks guys. The instructions are definitely hard to decipher🙄 I still plan on building several more of these sometime this year.
