A friend gave me a large box of model parts and kits. Some stuff was good, tires were good, a couple of chassis, and some good small parts. One  not so good part was a 40 Ford coupe and another was an old AMT 36 Ford black plastic, the brittle one, they kind of got me! I figured I would make one body it would be for the CBP build at Fred's but it took for ever. Had a lot of issues with the brittle plastic. Here are some beginning pictures. Enjoy

:)  That's pretty cool.  I admire you for grafting the 2 into 1.   Good job.

That body work us pretty amazing. Almost like building your own kit.  I throw way better stuff than that in the trash. (I know my limits) Very nice start Rich.

Here is the front end I mentioned Pat ,it didn't post with the others. Learning curve. Enjoy Rich

I really like this style of building...

Nothing like a good parts box build, or in this case bits and pieces, to get the creative juices flowing.  Just from the looks of all the splices on the frame it appears to have also been a basket case.  Looking forward to what you do with this one.
