Built this way back in the FRW days and my first attempt with Fotki web site.
This was a fun project trying to capture the look and replicate the Falcon engineering at the same time...

  Two questions, where did you find a first generation Ford Falcon model? And do they really allow that much engine set back on New York tracks?

Yeah that was a FRW body I believe and Maynard ran this as a modified even removing the front fenders at some point. I'm not sure about the rules but I built it as close to the pix as possible.

The Falcon has a real lightweight look to it that lends itself to a modified and you James, have nailed this one.  Its a shame early Falcons are so tuff to find.
