The 6 cylinder that could ! The car driven by Bill Harmon was nicknamed the sidewindin Chevy and weighed 1740 lbs. The combo won 5 open competitions and 14 features at the Waterford Speedbowl. There were a few versions of this car over a few seasons but this one was impressive. Thanks for looking. Excellent replica build Rich, as always.

Very nice detail work. I like that old gas tank, heavy rub rails, bumpers, and that old six cylinder tilted toward the left side of the car.
The Paint and lettering look good also.

Curious, the hand lever in the LF corner....hand operated clutch? or hand assisted clutch?

Great looking replica Rich. My Ex father-in-law would've loved this one...He's a six banger guy.

Thank you guys for all the comments. While I'm trying to figure out my next build I started a pit cart for someing to do, not sure  a fantasy build or an other replica car. Love researching for a replica if you are lucky you can learn a lot from some of the old racers. Enjoy
